Action Lariam for Irish Soldiers has created a questionnaire they are sending out to their politicians, military leaders and anyone else who will help them bring awareness to their suffering the adverse effects of Lariam (mefloquine) during their deployment to Afghanistan. Yes, that recent!! Scary, isn’t it, that NATO or coalition troops are still issued this anti-malaria drug despite all the bell-ringing of the problems this specific drug has caused thousands of military personnel in Australia, England, United States, Canada, and, of course, now Ireland.
